I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the conditions and treatment of tenants at the Hendrickson Lane property in Towson, MD, managed by Evergreen Home LLC. Despite new ownership, the disregard for tenant rights and well-being remains unchanged.

While extensive renovations are underway, the focus appears to be on increasing market value rather than improving the quality of life for current residents. Unfortunately, major issues persist, including:

Persistent rodent and insect infestations (mice, roaches, etc.).

Poor maintenance and lack of property cleanliness.

Inadequate waste management (only two dumpsters for 29 units).

Unprofessional management and lack of communication.
