Evelyn is very knowledgeable about the real estate business. She has lots of connections to help with the process after a contract has been signed. Such as roofers, inspectors etc. This is because she has been in the business a long time. She was always there when we sent her texts and wanted to go look at a house. I would give 10 stars to Evelyn! We had our house on the market off and on for 3 years. Great house but for whatever reason didn’t get a lot of looks. Evelyn was able to sell it in 3 months! We’ve used her several times and I can highly recommend her. She’s hard working and professional.
