Hired Darcy Howard to build a custom home. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, screamed at me (I have witnesses) lied and provided bogus receipts from his dental receptions wife. He declared I would have monthly accountings of expenses and I was lucky no have accountings of expenses every three to four months. They were so bogus That the bank I was working with declared that they would never do business with him again. When I tried to engage him to take of issues at the 2 year contractor/builder mark after my husband and mother had just died, his response was that I was 3 Days overdue and “not to contact him again”. How to like that? If I could give Darcy Howard A minus 5 I would do do.

I have known this company for a long time. They have performed many renovations for clients and friends of mine including my two homes. This is a top notch custom home builder who is now (2019) building a custom home for my wife and I in Prescott. The owner is on site every day all day and has fabulous loyal subs who have been with him for years. The attention to detail, follow up, coordination, and communication are all attributes of the company.
