Eric did a great job for us throughout the process of selling our home. One of the things we most appreciated was his responsiveness. He was always quick to answer questions and if he couldn't take a call, he got right back to us. Through his reviews, I knew that Eric had a strong reputation. Now I know why. Eric is attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond for his clients. Eric made himself available at unconventional times to accommodate my hectic schedule.
What I appreciated the most about Eric (besides the great deal he negotiated), is that he genuinely cares for his clients. For example, unbeknownst to me, Eric fixed a small issue with my fence which was preventing my loan from closing. Eric told me about it after I received my keys and stated that he didn’t do it sooner to “prevent unnecessary stress.”
I highly recommend Eric. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I look forward to our continued relationship and future business.

Eric did it again. Eric was able to get us $20,000 over appraisal and full asking price on our house. The next time your agent tells you that your crazy for asking what you want for your home, just remember, that money comes out of your pocket directly. All of the other agents told us we were crazy for asking what we did on our house but just a few hours after listing our home through Eric, we already had an offer. Within 30 days, the loan was funded, signed, sealed and delivered. This is our 3rd transaction with Eric and I highly recommend him for your buying and selling needs.

Our experience with Eric was exceptional! He showed excellent, professionalism and work ethic at all times. Eric was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. Just the type of person you need when looking for a new home. He was flexible with timings and availability when we requested to visit the properties whether it was weekday, weekend, early or late in the day he was available and happy to help. Never pressured us into any specific property on the contrary always gave us options on what was out there for us. When we were ready to give up and not buy, our now new home came around and Eric made the process as smooth as possible for us as his clients.
