Eric Crawford is low key and friendly and he sold the house in 3 days! From accurately pricing the house to providing great pictures to packing up the owners closet to shipping back a forgotten Comcast box, he did it all with a smile! Eric gave us frequent updates through the showings and inspection process and was just all around great to work with!!! We highly recommend him.

We had the pleasure of listing our property with Eric Crawford. To begin with he did a great market analysis and came up with a realistic price point which is very important in the unique real estate market that exists in the Deep Creek Lake área. His relaxed and positive attitude and approach made preparations for listing the property very stress free. Eric kept us well informed regarding showings and feedback. Once we got into a contract he did a great job of representing us and negotiating on our behalf. We closed on the property as scheduled with zero hitches. My wife and I, in the midst of dealing with a family medical emergency, came to the realization that we had to sell our vacation home at Deep Creek Lake late in 2024. Eric was the listing agent when we purchased the house so, we reached out to him for advice on listing it and to have him represent us. Throughout the process, Eric was understanding, flexible, consultative and a true professional. He ALWAYS answered the phone, responded quickly to emails and consistently left us feeling we were in good hands considering our primary home is 250 miles away. The sale went smoothly and there were no surprises at the last minute as is so common in this business which only reinforces how highly we think of him. After ten years, my wife Wendy and I decided to pursue our dream of moving South permanently.
