We worked with Sue and Ernie Padilla to get our new house and had a great experience. Sue was available to answer all of our questions, and we were moving from out of state and so sometimes we asked a lot of her and she was always willing to help out. We came up looking for some land to possibly buy and build in the future as my husband retired. Rich was such a wonderful person as we first met and he showed us the properties we wished to see. None of them felt right for us, as the morning went on we felt we would have to come back another day, he offered to show us a piece of property he said had wonderful views. He drove us up to the property and we could not wait to get up on the center of the property and see the views he was talking about. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of seeing Payson, the Mogollon Rim and the surrounding mountains. Within an hour we were back into ERA Realty and filling out paperwork with Crystal(amazing and extremely knowledgeable woman) and Rich to put in an offer. As of today we are the proud owners of the property and are already getting plans prepared and and builder ready to build our home. Thank you Rich and Crystal along with ERA Realty for our dream to come true. I am excited to be back in Rim Country again living the dream.
