Our home buying experiences with Rodney Medeiros began a few years ago with the sale & purchase of a home. All went very smoothly and Rodney’s knowledge base of the area, diligence, and attention to detail made those transactions worry free. Fast forward a few years, Rodney again was our first choice to get us into the house of our dreams and to sell our home. Rodney was somehow able to always be one step ahead and ultimately see us through another sale and purchase. Started a bit rough, but wow what a recovery. Rodney and Steve stepped in and really went above and beyond for my wife and I. We relocated to Florida from Utah for work, and Rodney really represented my wife and I and the entire process extremely well. What can I say, Rodney and Steve are the best. It was dumb luck really that I stumbled onto them. When I was getting ready to list I contacted another realtor first and she wanted to do my market analysis based off of what her program told her, for me that was a non-starter because I have plussed my home over the years and felt someone should look at it. Rodney and Steve had just listed a home in my neighborhood so we called them off their sign. They were responsive and came right out to my home prepared with all the pertinent info about my home and walked through it asking me questions and taking notes. At that moment I knew I had the right team. I gave them my one condition and that was don’t b.s. me and I won’t b.s. you. Throughout the process they were always available to take my call and always responsive to my needs or concerns no matter how trivial. I have recommended them to family members who have also been extremely pleased with them. Keep up the good work fellas!
