As repeat customers, we knew to expect excellent service from Environmental Systems Associates to replace our heat pump. We replaced our ailing heat pump with a Carrier Infinity Elite system and we were not disappointed. ESA and their top notch installation team did their usual excellent work. They ably removed our old air handler in the attic and installed the new one perfectly and efficiently. No issues. No problems. The installation team that did the work were great - professional and courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Everyone we contacted at ESA made the process seamless. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you ESA!

I was referred to Environmental Systems Associates through my neighbors. I contacted 3 vendors and ESA was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I had ESA come out to replace the blower motor under warranty on my Carrier system, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the front office to the technician, everyone was courteous and professional. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I understood what was being done. I moved items out of way for the technician and once I assumed the filter was changed I moved back the items. Unfortunately, they were not finished , but aggressively opened the door with the HVAC and some how broke my entire console under the TV.

Amazing service!!!
James let me know when he was on his way., arrived on time, and conducted himself professionally.
He was supposed to perform just a regular check up, but went far and beyond when he was able to catch an issue caused by another contractor ( through a BGE energy auditing program) installed a thermostat. He did not leave until he had taken care of the problem which was causing an excessive use of electrical power.
I truly appreciate his thoroughness and persistence in taking care of the issue and most likely saving us from excessively higher electric. bills.
James and other technicians like him are the reason why I keep using ESA. Thank you very much, James!
