Ward Bucher did a phenomenal job on repositioning our 1937 art deco theater into a 500 seat supper club! Creating a kitchen, a bar, redo the floor, stage, etc., his work was timely and professional..would highly recommend his services..

We have had the most remarkable run-ins with Ward and his team. We are humbled by the fact early on in our reconstruction process they were there and couldn't imagine not working with them as we got further along in the process which included Historic Tax Credit applications.
