These five stars are easily deserved and I would give more if allowed. I first spoke with Jeff, who returned my initial email quickly and was happy to set up a phone call to discuss the basics of our home buying journey. We didn’t need to contact any other realtors to determine who was best, as Jeff was so kind and helpful, and easily led us to move forward with them as our realtors. And what a great decision that was!

We ended up working primarily with Emily, who went out of her way to explain everything to us — the paperwork, the process, the financial aspects, how the home search and buying process goes in detail, etc — which was great as first time home buyers. Also, with being first time buyers, we were unknowing of just about everything. Emily and Jeff provided recommendations for mortgage lenders, who were quality recommendations and with one of them whom we decided to work with and also have a very positive experience with.

Although our specific mortgage circumstances delayed our loan, thus delaying our ability to put in an offer, Emily continued to take the time to research homes for us (and was very considerate of our needs and preferences when doing so) and showed us a multitude of homes that were fitting of our interests. Emily worked with us often throughout the day and into the night, dedicating her time to us, even when still weren’t yet able to place an offer. Additionally, if we had any questions about any given property we were viewing, Emily was communicative with the selling agent and would connect with us quickly with answers and information as needed. When the time came to put in an offer, Emily worked diligently on the necessary paperwork and explained every step to us. We felt very comfortable and confident throughout this whole process. If you had a question about anything, Emily answered thoroughly and simply to help you understand it best.

I also can’t say enough about Emily’s assistance with resources and services. When we selected the house we were interested in, there were some needed repairs. Emily is very knowledgeable of the community resources — specifically the best and most inexpensive ones, not just providing a generic list from Google — and would go the extra step for us to schedule services for us, and providing us with the cost and scheduling information. We’re somewhat new to the area and otherwise wouldn’t know what services to go with, but Emily is very clearly knowledgeable of the best people in town for the services needed in your new home!

After our home inspection was completed, which both Emily and Jeff attended to be a part of and assist us as needed, they both took time in their evening to discuss the findings, their recommendations (some repairs can be DIY, some need professionals), and even offered to help as much as they could with the DIY projects and offered recommendations for the repairs that required professionals. What other realtor does all of this? I wouldn’t know because I didn’t even bother to try out any others, and I’m glad I didn’t!

Ultimately, Jeff and Emily calmed our anxious minds as first time home buyers, provided peace of mind throughout the process and never let us feel as though we were in the dark or left out of part of the process. Emily frequently went out of her way and took the time and patience to work with us in our circumstances and is the reason why we successfully closed on our new beautiful home!

We’re very thankful for all the time, effort, and patience that both Jeff and Emily have provided us and cannot recommend them enough to be your realtor. I would give this team 100 stars if it were possible! Jeff and Emily are the BEST realtors we have ever had. They went above and beyond during every step of the process to make it easier and convenient for us. They even purchased and provided their own props to make our house listing stand out! And it worked. We sold our house above asking price within 48 hours! After using another realtor for 4 months that was unable to get any movement, this was an amazing feat! They were always available for phone calls and emails no matter the day or time. Then, they were extremely patient and helpful while we looked and looked for our forever home. Emily was tremendously understanding and “talked me off the ledge” when I was overly frustrated that the right house just wasn’t out there. She assured me that I wasn’t wasting her time and that I was going to have to kiss a few frogs before I would find my prince! She always had a great sense of humor to lighten my heart and seemed to drop everything to take us to every showing we requested.
