Uma palhaçada, esse é o resumo da minha experiência com a Embalt Log.
Acertei um frete com um determinado cliente, combinei com o Sr Anderson Lima da empresa Embalt, ele me disse que me passaria os dados do motorista, bem como os do veículo, agendei com o cliente, tudo certinho, dois dias antes da coleta tentei contato com o Sr Anderson, tentei o dia todo na terça, o dia todo na quarta e na quinta...resumindo, perdi um contrato, perdi o cliente e meu tempo, tudo porque o tal do Anderson sequer atendeu minhas inúmeras ligações e incontáveis mensagens. Ah, nem adianta ligar na central porque repassam o recado e NINGUÉM NUNCA retorna. Não façam negócio! comprem um camelo e amarrem umas sacolas que é melhor!

Péssimo! Anderson pegou 5 cargas minhas, 3 já estão atrasadas e recebi o cte confirmando o despacho de apenas duas. Ele não atende nem retorna nenhuma das minhas mensagens, estou com risco de cancelamento de todas as 5.
