ELM Construction finished renovating our master bath last month and we are extremely happy with the results. They are a first class outfit, stayed on schedule and on budget!. Special shout out to Susanne Freud for her design, Liz for her assistance, Ritchie for his Project Management skills and persistence, Adam for his knowledge and expertise, and Elliot for pulling this crew together. The workers, both ELM and contract, were all friendly and tolerated the help from our puppy, Layla. Thanks Matt, Lonnie, Joseph, Chris, and Stan for yall's skill and patience.
The old bathroom was totally gutted (built in 1993), restructured to best fit our present needs and future house resale value.
We used ELM in 2019 to renovate our kitchen, which was also a major success.

ELM Construction came to our rescue two years ago (July 2022). A woman drove her car into the side of our house and after meeting with several contractors we instantly felt at ease with Elliott. He was honest about timelines and them being busy with other projects, but assured us they could handle our home repairs and explained everything thoroughly. The entire team was easy to work with - responsive when we had questions/concerns, and very transparent throughout the entire process. Even when we noticed a few things that needed to be addressed after we moved back in, they instantly acknowledged/fixed them. ELM Construction has been a wonderful company to work with while renovating our home. And not just when one tree fell on the front half of our house - but when the next tree hit the back half (3 months later) we were so thankful they were able to continue to work with us and rebuild… again! Elliott came out the very morning we found out the 2nd tree fell. We couldn’t have asked for a more patient and nicer team to guide us through all the challenges we had to face. ELM recently completed our master bath/vanity/closet suite complete makeover, and they did a fabulous job.The project involved demolishing all the way to the studs and the subfloor, swapping shower and water closet locations, building a shower and tub wet room, and installing top-notch finishes and fixtures.

I liked two things about ELM the most. First, they operate design-build with a fabulous interior designer on staff who built a complete BIM (building information model) down to the tile pattern and colors. There was no question what we were getting, and we were able to tweak the design and see it prior to getting built.

Second, they said 14 weeks of construction, and they hit it almost to the day. Their scheduling was impeccable.

They probably aren’t the cheapest— we did not get a second price— but they got us what we were looking for, and there were no change orders we did not request. We got value out of this spend. I highly recommend them.

First class operation. I recommend ELM for any building or remodeling job you may have. Can't say enough about the great communication and attention to detail. We never once had to follow-up on any requests we made. We had severe fire damage to our house and Elliott was very upfront about the process and what it would take to get us back to whole. They were great working with the slowness of the insurance company as well. Richie was managed the project well and always kept us updated. The finished product is better than the house was before the fire. We were nervous going into this since we've never had to deal with anything like it before. The whole crew at ELM made us feel comfortable and always made the right suggestions when questions came up about any updates or changes. I hope we can use them again in the future.

We used Elm Construction to redo our 1960 master bathroom as well as reclaiming a downstairs bath and bedroom that had not been used for years. Elm’s planning on the front end made the execution incredibly smooth, and the communication was fantastic. A calendar was developed and adhered to even with a few hiccups with an older home. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of home renovation!
