Buyer beware. This is the way warranty works. Meritage installed the wrong oven so instead they would like not resolve this issue. After emails back and forth and a phone number that goes that goes to VM and haha text they just ghost you. I declined this offer numerous times (declined back in Feb). Im not paying for something i already paid for still pay for.

Im not calling you so dont add a comment, to remove this 1 star you can call me.

Cute enough cookie cutter homes, seems like the neighborhood will be nice enough if HOA stays on top of cars being parked on streets. If not, it will certainly feel overcrowded. The home builders seem to be very focused on getting homes out as quick as possible and it shows in the final product. After that, when it comes to their maintenance team, good luck. We have been trying to get our 30 days work order completed for the past 8 months. Then had appointments set up for us without our knowledge, and we aren't home. Charles and Ryan the Construction Manager have completed ghosted on any communication with my wife, who is the main POC. It has to take me (the husband) reaching out personally to get any kind of response. Weird.

Do NOT look into this community if you are wanting to have a home built within 2 years of signing the contract. I signed my new home contract June 2, 2020 and STILL don't have a home. Push back after pushback. The most recent completion date we were given was November but construction has stalled AGAIN for another month already because they are choosing to complete the homes sold at a higher price point first. God knows if they're ever going to complete the house or if they are just going to wait for us to back out to sell it at their new price point. DO NOT BUY HERE! Do yourself a HUGE favor and look at the communities across the street that are actually getting homes built and families moved in.

My cousin had a house built in that division so she had Thanksgiving at her home so family and friends got together at her new home very nice home very nice area I would recommend that area to my friends and family! Also it is a new development that they are building new houses over there

Builder is in PHO phase and has provided extremely well thought out elevations for this future gated community within 1 stop of the New South Mountain Freeway, and less than the of a mile from a proposed School Site and City Park
