If I could Give negative stars I would.
They built our house with a roof slope not compatible with the elements in Park City.
Our homeowners have had to pay $30,000 or more dollars to try to fix the leaking roofs since the summer they were built just to try to stop the leaking and damage and danger ( my house actually almost caught in fire from the leaks) .
Also we have to pay to add safety features to the outside.
Additionally they have been in business for years I. Park city and should be well aware of the ridge line codes and yet designed a house that went against those And has the tax payers dollars going to the lawsuit that the homeowners filed to have to redo their home.
Additionally Craig showed up to a mtg about that house work rendered drawings showing the house that looks nothing like the actual house.
