Owner of this company is a small business man that is very rude. I made a mistake and missed the due date of his invoice by 22 days from the due date and 38 days from date submitted. A total oversight and miscommunication between myself and my wife, she thought I sent it and I thought she did.
He sends a email "I need to hear from you about payment for this invoice by Friday or I will lien the property and take legal action." That's all it said. Beside his signature with cell phone number.
Not a hello, how are you, hope everything was ok with our service etc... Just rude and theating. Also they had never even sent a reminder or called and said hey your invoice is due... Just straight to lien and legal action. Then when I responded that it was a oversight and his payment would be sent out that day and he would receive it the following Friday. This was Wednesday afternoon, because I was not running to bow to his thearts and was sendng it via my banks bill pay. He responded that "he will send someone to my home to pick up the payment. If payment is not received by Friday I will lien the property. He is a small business man and he is not a bank."
This was not some outrageous invoice it was $850. And never even a email or phone call that the invoice was not paid. Very rude and unprofessional. Don't do business with him.
