ECI is great to their employees! I have seen it first hand. My mom needs electrical work done and they were fast to respond and had given more information than other businesses. These guys are great, friendly and work hard I highly recommend!

ECI has helped me several times as I’ve been upgrading the electrical in an old apartment building. They are responsive and friendly. They have upgraded my electrical panels, ran new wire, installed outlets, etc…. The prices are reasonable.

They “charge for travel time” apparently even if you’re in the middle of town. There for 47 minutes according to my cameras and got charged for 3 hours each the first time, then after disputing, 1.5 hours for travel time that took maybe 10 minutes, and charged me for a receptacle I provided. Did a good clean job on the project I’ll admit.

Had them come out and fix our air compressors, the part wasn't going to be in for a while. So he rigged it up so we could use it still. Came back and finished it and at a decent price.
