Brandon and Ryan did an amazing job taking care of our electrical needs. We purchased a new home and had some items we needed fixed. They also did a full assessment of our new home and discovered a few additional items to attend to. They walked us through what their assessment and recommendations were in a very clear manner and answered all our questions. They also provided some good education on our homes’ specific electrical make up.

The day after our service, I had a couple of follow up questions. I left a voicemail and got a call back within 20 minutes. Ryan answered my questions and made sure I had the information that I needed.

They had great communication, did good work, and were personable and respectful. They also talked to me and treated me the same as my male partner, which isn’t always the case with some home service professionals.
John is also great to work with! When I called to see if Edison was going to be a good fit and set up an appointment, he was very kind and respectful.

We will be working with Edison in the future for any of our electrical needs.

Absolutely fantastic! They were prompt, listened to what things I needed done. Gave me a couple of estimates for what I needed and some other touch-up items around the house. We will be selling soon and they gave us great feedback on things they saw which could help us sell our home and meet inspection criteria. Ryan and Chris were very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and gave a little love to our fur babies. I highly recommend them. The price was fair for the work they did and the time they spent in our home.

Ryan was great to meet with and talk about our electrical project. We had a list of items to address. Ryan listened well, did a great job of gathering the facts and provided well written options and estimates. He explained pro's and con's and explain how they would accomplish the work at each place in the home where electrical work was planned. Ryan is very personable and professional and knowledgeable. We have not had the work started, but I look forward to getting the project going and anticipate Ryan will be as thorough and efficient when he does the work. Edison Electric has done work for two other members of our family in their homes and they have all had a good experience with the company. We look forward to the same.

Ben was extremely detailed in providing me information on all the options that I had available for my panel replacement. He took the time to actually go through the house,, investigate, let me ask questions, and see what I wanted to have done,. There were updates that were needed for code, and those were pointed out during the walk through and on the quote. The other companies that came out were not here half the time, and I feel after having Ben here, that the other companies did not really look to see what was in the best interest to me, the homeowner. The other quotes actually stated on paper that they work they do meets the MINIMUM requirements - nothing more. Edison quotes indicated that they meet or EXCEED requirements.

We had Sam and Allen out from Edison Electric do a lot of work on our 1950’s home. They upgraded our electric panel, ran lines for an EV charger and electric range, as well as installed new outlets and a ceiling fixture. They were very friendly, worked really hard (even outside in subzero temps), and kept things very clean. Would happily recommend them to friends and neighbors. Pricing was clear and very close to their original estimate.

Ben was extremely knowledgeable and Chris also did an amazing job! They carefully did their walkthrough and explained in great detail what needed to be done. They addressed every issue and also provide information on other areas that could potentially become an issue later on.

We had a chance to chat with them as they worked and they explained a bit any problems that came up, keeping up in the loop. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help us with our issue.
