Edens is leasing the space next to Songbyrd to an organizer that throws excessively loud electronic music parties until anywhere between 2:00am and 3:30am. Edens has been made aware of multiple complaints since October about the excessive noise and the late hours, disrupting the sleep and quiet enjoyment of the residents who live next door. Despite multiple complaints over the past few months, the conduct has continued and gotten worse.

Edens apparently cares more about the small amount of money it receives in additional pop-up rent than about the hundreds of residential tenants who support the other commercial establishments Edens leases to. Classic corporate greed.

This company is horrible. They do not listen to complaints from neighbors. They host events and deliveries way past DC noise ordinance hours almost every day. Waking up the residents in my apt every morning before 6am or keeping us up well past 12am. The vice president of operations Greg Carbone is especially frustrating offering empty promises of improvement instead of fixing actual issues.

Imagine a developer that builds a bunch of apartment buildings, and then makes it their explicit task to make living in said apartments unpleasant. That's Edens. All complaints fall on deaf ears. They regularly host events that purposefully ruin any possibility of quiet enjoyment of your living space.

Gentrifiers, you don't actually care about the businesses and their employees in the markets. You Hire security guards that don't actually do anything. Cameras are useless. This company is full of liars.
