I have had the pleasure of working with EDA on several residential and commercial development projects over the past couple of years, and we are currently working with them on six projects ranging in scope from rezoning and land use change to engineering and landscape design.

They are a professional, creative, and knowledgeable team. The team is very responsive to all questions and comments, and they give each phase of the project the time and dedication required to make it successful. They offer all services under one roof which makes coordination of our projects seamless and helps keep the projects on schedule. The team goes above and beyond to make each project a success.

I highly recommend them for any surveying, planning, engineering, and landscape design needs!

I have been working with EDA through Scherer Construction for a number of years. Their work is thorough but still remains creative in finding ways to improve a developers plan. They have a robust understanding of all facets of the permitting process and the relationships to make sure their clients are getting the proper attention. To top it all off, they are a team of really good people! I highly recommend them!
