We had some foundational issues that were leading to some cracks in our wall. Tamar and EcoSmart were very communicative, helpful, and were able to retrofit our foundation for us! If I could give 20 stars, I would! Project manager and his team were phenomenal from start to finish! The quality of work that they put into our front porch enclosure and siding renovation were amazing and they came in at such a competitive price as well so the value was great! PM, himself, was so friendly and welcoming and in the weeks that he worked on the project became more of a friend! I'm so grateful for everything they were able to do for our space and we already have some other projects in the works! I can't recommend them enough!

I've been working with Ecosmart Development & Construction since late 2021 on various home renovation projects and they have been absolutely excellent throughout. I work primarily with Kanan who is so professional, friendly, and clear whenever we speak. Such an attentive and kind person to work with. Last year Ecosmart Development & Construction both of our bathrooms, which turned out gorgeous-- and on time and on budget! They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results, doing touch-ups, making adjustments. They're always great about providing me with multiple options for every decision and laying out the pros an cons of each. We have a couple other large projects in the works (a balcony renovation and a bathroom addition), and thus far they've brought the same professionalism and thoroughness I've come to expect. They've been indispensable in navigating complicated planning and permitting issues. I'll update my review once the other projects are complete, but I fully anticipate it will be more excellent work! There's a reason I keep returning to them for my home projects, and I highly recommend.

We met with three contractors before starting our kitchen remodel. They were all very professional, but Kanan from Ecosmart Development & Construction stood out from all the rest. He created a 3-D digital design for our kitchen to make the most out of our space and was very careful in keeping our budget in mind. He has great ideas and designs and understood what we needed, standing by us throughout the whole project. I love the fact that the whole crew was always friendly and cleaned up every single day after the job!! My new kitchen & floor is definitely a dream come true as we could finally afford what we wanted and found something that fit our budget.
