I worked with Tanya from Easton Realty to purchase my first home. I decided to go with a new build and while an agent is not mandatory for a new build I was grad to have her represent me. She helped me negotiate down the price of the home as well as get additional money from the builder to cover all my closing costs and buy down my interest rate. Impressing beyond expectations!
“My wife and I started looking at homes in Auburn, Ca back in March of 2022, Paul Galushkin from Eastok Realty was showing an open house for another agent from another Realty Company when we met him. He noticed our desire for a home in the Outlook Community of Auburn, Ca and informed us of a couple other homes that were in the early stages of construction.
Not sure if we wanted to wait until the end of 2022 for the homes to be completed, my wife and I started looking at homes in different Foothill Cities keeping Paul Galushkin informed about what we were interested in to be able to visit the homes. Now it’s November of 2022 & we were not able to find what we were exactly looking for; we went from home to home and back to a few homes before finally reaching out to Paul Galushkin from Eastok Realty on one of the homes that were in the early stages of construction back in March of 2022. Paul walked us through the house with his flashlight as the power was not turned on yet to show us the house, there was still some construction that needed to be completed but the timing would work for us. Paul & his wife Tatyana keep us updated with the process the whole way and advocated for us as you would hope and expect a realtor to do. I’m not sure what stings they pulled to get us the house, but we will forever be greatful!
We had a difficult time getting all the different things required from the builder to get the home complete. Paul & his wife Tatyana even helped with that, scheduling and being present for various things & helping us schedule them so we could be there when it really counted. All through the sales process, Paul & his wife Tatyana was there for us, and when we finally closed remotely, I may add, they helped with that as well.
After we moved in, Paul & his wife Tatyana helped with a few other things and made sure we were happy with the home. We cannot recommend Paul & his wife Tatyana & Eastok Realty enough if you are looking for a great Agent & Realty Company! You won’t be disappointed.”
