Worst place I have ever rented from. They have the easiest jobs in the world and can’t seem to maintain the elevator as it’s down about every couple of months. They randomly went into my apartment and didn’t notify me. I only noticed because I left my door unlocked and it was locked when I got back from work. Also with the private parking they just let anybody park back there and don’t check. Very rude and none responsive. Stick with rentcedarvalley if you’re renting in Cedar Falls. Lived and leased with Eagle View for almost two years before “settling down” and buying a house. Still debate moving back downtown because we miss it so much. They work so hard to provide the best experience for their tenants.
