Thomas and am his son Evan, along with their whole team (and subcontractors) did a phenomenal job with our kitchen/ dining/ living room remodel project in 2019. Our house still had a small original 1963 kitchen with only a few minor appliance updates over the years. Thomas and Evan led is through the entire process from moving our vision into ideation (with actual architectural drawings and 3D renderings) all the way through the final details and finishing touches of when our project was done three months later. Thomas was incredibly organized and professional throughout, having weekly scheduled meetings (or more if we requested) to go over the progress of the project thus far and what was up ahead. We were always notified well in advance of when we'd owe money or be expected to have followed up with a subcontractor or a vendor. As we were still living in our home during the construction process with our 4 young children, Thomas even let us know what weeks might be a good idea for us to take a vacation or stay in a hotel as the work might be more involved. We trusted them completely. Our kitchen now is spectacular! Each morning I walk into the new space and can't even believe it's my home! I highly recommend Eagle Peak without hesitation for any construction project. They take their work very seriously and do an amazing job. If we ever remodel a different part of our house, we would look no further.

As a residential designer, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with Eagle Peak Builders on two projects and counting. Thomas and his crew did a super job on a new detached ADU dug into a steep hillside. They handled complex retaining wall and drainage challenges without a hitch. Their rough framing was square and true, and the fit and finish of their trim work was impeccable. They then exceeded my expectations with their choices of finish materials, fixtures and colors. Thomas and the Eagle Peak crew undertook a major rebuild of my home in 2021/22. They worked smoothly with my architect and interior designer, plus coordinated all the sub-contractors and managed the supply chain issues, during the very trying Covid period. Thomas and his foreman kept me fully in the loop during the project, made helpful and constructive suggestions, and ensured that the end results met my expectations. The planning and record keeping for the project were exemplary, which helped me organize my schedule to fit with when major systems in the house were out of commission or when access needed to be restricted for safety issues. Overall I was very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the project, and based on my experience have recommended Eagle Peak to other friends who are planning remodel projects.

We used Eagle Peak for our remodel & addition, and have no regrets! Our house looks fabulous. We wanted a mid-century modern/modern look, and Thomas worked closely with our architect & designer in helping us create the design and look we wanted, and offered us cost-effective options. Thomas truly wants what is best for his clients and is excellent with communication throughout the project. He was easy to reach and always made himself available for regularly scheduled check-ins. We always knew what was happening at our home. We knew when workers would be here, knew what was completed every week and what was coming next, all along the way. Thomas and Logan (who knows his stuff) worked with us to problem solve when needed and were flexible when we wanted to make changes or add services. I can 100% say that Thomas was invested in making sure that we were happy with our home. When issues came up, he stood behind his work. In summary, Thomas is organized & communicative, has integrity, and stands behind his work. We're glad we hired him for our remodel & addition!

The Eagle Peak team completed a significant project for us that included the addition of a new first floor master bedroom suite and an outdoor pavilion with full kitchen and seating area with a built-in gas fire table. The scope of the project also required building two retaining walls and multiple drains in patio and yard to accommodate slope and proper drainage. We are extremely pleased with the results. The Eagle Peak team provided a clear timing plan and excellent ideas for value engineering the project as well as design improvements to enhance the appearance and utility of the new rooms and outdoor space. Thomas and the Eagle Peak team also were faced with the challenges of COVID related supply and labor issues. They handled those issues well with timely communications with us and management of subcontractors to keep the project moving with only a short delay at the start of the COVID related lockdown. Following completion of the project they also have been very responsive in addressing the few follow up issues that are inevitable in a project of this scale. We are very satisfied with Thomas and the team and would definitely consider them for future projects.
