Working with Architect and Design Firm EAG studio on our Russian Hill penthouse remodel has been nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, they completely transformed our space into the perfect city pied-à-terre we envisioned, making the most of the bridge to bridge view, one that is not only stunning and unique but also incredibly functional. EAG and Vin designed a complete bathroom remodel for our condominium. EAG offers services from design only to management of implementation. In our case, the design only option was perfect as we already had a contractor familiar with our building and the HOA rules.

After gathering our requirements , Vin presented great options for tile, paint, custom vanity, lighting and fixtures. He provided detailed design docs to guide the implementation of the work.

Subsequent projects included a full condo paint plan and living room wallpaper accent wall.

I had the pleasure to interface with Vin who shared with me the attention to detail and thoughtfulness in their design, even down to the trim selected for their baseboards and window surround. The cuts made to the wood in my example make it easier to clean as well as minimize waste. I have worked with various architectural firms in my life, but this attention to detail blew me away.

In 2011, my partner and I decided that it was time to renovate our Corona Heights home. Vin Leger was highly recommended to us by a mutual acquaintance and after seeing examples of his previous home projects, we quickly decided that he would be good fit for our renovation project. Our working relationship spanned two years. The first year or so was spent in design consultations as we refined concepts and ideas and discussed budgets and timelines. He listened to us carefully about what we wanted to accomplish with the renovation and always provided us with options and solutions. Our to-the-studs renovation took 10 months and Vin shepherded us through the entire process. He was always calm and collected and worked expertly with our general contractor. The final product was a well-designed modern home that reflected our own taste and style and realized by a highly skilled design professional. The house recently sold for 25% over asking because it looked so good. We can’t recommend Vin highly enough.

Selfishly, we enjoy everything he has done for us. But at the same time, it has been a genuine joy to witness his creative potential displayed through so many other homes his hands have touched.
