Yes! Slum Lords!! Our Kitchen Floor was to be replaced before we moved in (along with other things). It is now unsafe to walk on..... I have left NUMEROUS messages only to get NO answer.
I will never rent from Dynamic again!
My only option left is to take Legal Action...

One more thing, the 2 ladies that work here will seem VERY nice and helpful.... DON'T be fooled!

Rented from them a couple of years ago. My boyfriend and i were both on the lease. I left due to some personal issues and roof was leaking. They only went after me and hit me with not only a judgement but an eviction. Now that i am on my feet and able i have this nasty eviction on my record.

Dynamic Realty took on my problematic property and turned it in to a great rental. It is worrysome to purchase and renovate a house when one lives out of state. Thank you Shawnee for your patience and willingness to help, it made everything less complicated. We assigned another rental to Dynamic Realty for renovation.

Please stay away from Dynamic Realty. They're very unprofessional. If anything need fixing,they'll only do a temporary fix (cheap). Anybody give this company more than one star has not experienced their slum side......dont let them fool you!

Slum lords.. Kitchen ceiling has been leaking for 3 weeks.. My floor stays flooded they will not come fix it.. I will never rent from them again and tell everyone about them as well!!!
