Im in love. Can you believe it? Where do I begin. Well we sold our home in December 2024 and at first I was so stressed about finding another home and felt defeated that we did not find what we were looking for. But living her at Duvall Westside immediately made that stress and fear subside. From lovely Nikita making the application process smooth as butter, to the manager, Rashad ensuring that our concerns were IMMEDIATELY addressed upon move in.... we cant say enough good about Duvall Westwide. Is it perfect? No, but we have had our share of supposed Luxury apartment living and this far exceeds the other places. For instance, our older apartment was at Brickyard many years ago. Friends cars were broken in. None of that here at Duvall. Our gate for the most part is locked and remember when the gate is not working its a human error. So be mad at your neighbors and not management.

Cleanliness: Have not seen 1 insect and some would say you should expect that and I was actually shocked. Not even a silverfish that I used to have in my House! Not even a ladybug. This place at least my apartment is very very clean. We have been here since December and nothing... but cant say that was our experience at other apartment buildings in the past...the Brick... but anyway

Application process: Listen our credit took a major dip due to looking for houses and filling out loan applications. So we were honest with Nikita and she assured us that they would look at us as whole people and not just our credit score only. My suggestion: Be your best self. Be kind to her and others helping you in the process. Yes don't be a jerk. Be honest and kind and if you have the income you should be fine.

Safety Issues: There have been NO safety issues. I feel very safe walking my dog at all times. No one is thinking about you. The rent is high enough that everyone is minding their own business. So safety is not an issue.

Is it really this Quiet? Listen my old townhouse neighborhood was not this quiet. Our sleep now at Duvall Westside is impeccable. Now every now and then, we will have a neighbor that has a gathering of friends and its loud, but honey these are grown folk... so its far, few and between... and besides next time Im just gonna knock on the door and ask for a plate LOL.

Move in date: I had some issues with the apartment but the manager Rashad handled Every Single one of them as though I was a family member he was concerned about. Can you tell how much we love it here?

Packages: There are no porch pirates here and I love how there are so many ways that your packages are protected. They have amazon lockers right on the property, there are USPS little lockers under the mailboxes for medium size packages AND they will receive packages during the day in the office for us. One time I even forgot to place my unit number as the address... but Nikita and the crew received it. At the moment I cannot remember all of the leasing office staff names... just know that I feel overwhelmingly cared for here at Duvall Westside by all of them. Thank you guys for your kindness.

Listen there is no perfect apartment. Its as good as you are... so if you want a living space that shines... how about you be the sun. Be kind, it costs nothing and your kindness will change the mood of those around you. I believe that our time here has been joyful because we are those type of people. So if this sounds like the experience you would like to have... go check in with my girl Nikita. Tell her Toni sent you and please please be a good neighbor because we need each other.

I’ve been at the Duvall for a few months now and I really enjoy my unit. And Nikita was amazing through out the whole process. I initially wanted to give a five star, but being as realistic and honest as possible, the over all property is nice and quiet. Maintenance are out very often maintaining the property even during the bad weather. No signs of pest or rodents. However, the dumpster can really overflow which can potentially become a real issue. But other than that the property is great and so are the staff!

I had the most pleasant interaction with Ms. Ashley. In my search for a new place to call home, she has firmly placed Duvall Westside at the top of my list.
On my recent tour of one of the lovely units, Ms. Ashley treated me as if I were already a neighbor. She was extremely knowledgable of what Duvall Westside has to offer potential residents. Ms. Ashley was attentive to any questions or concerns I had, and answered them quite confidently. I was very impressed with her easy-going nature, and felt assured that she was being genuine with me.
If the employees of this lovely community are a reflection of the Duvall Westside experience, then consider me convinced! Ms. Ashley is a top-tier representation of the kind of customer service you’ll receive in this charming neighborhood.

As stressful as I feel about the moving process, Ms Ashley Brown from the leasing office has helped a lot. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable about the process and the property. She worked with me to ensure I had the best experience moving into my new home.

As far as location – it’s a great spot, and the apartments themselves are very nice. But that’s where the good stops.

Before I moved in, the elevator wasn’t working, but they promised it would be back up by my move-in date. That was the beginning of the lies. It wasn’t fixed, so I had to pay movers extra to lug everything up the stairs. Thanks for that.

Four months before I moved out, the elevator broke AGAIN. After months of constant complaints and excuses from the front desk, it stayed broken. I had an ACL injury during this time, and I can only imagine how much worse it was for elders or anyone else needing this basic amenity. When I moved out, the elevator was still broken, and once again, I had to pay movers extra to hike everything down the stairs. The irony was not lost on me.

Once you give them your deposit, just assume at least $300 is gone forever. They’ll hit you with charges for “carpet replacement” no matter how perfect your carpets are. If you weed thru the fake reviews you’ll see others saying the same. It’s a scam they run on everyone—I’ve experienced it, and so have my friends. Screenshot this part for later, because you’ll need it.

When I renewed my lease, they didn’t bother to mention that I needed to renew my parking pass, too. So, of course, they towed my car when the pass expired. They flat-out refused to reimburse me for the tow until I made it my full-time job to let them know they were wrong and eventually, they caved. My friend’s car was also towed because the apartment and towing company didn’t have their visitor parking schedules aligned. Same story—they tried to avoid reimbursing me for that too. If you live here, just know you’ll have to argue for every penny they wrongfully take from you.

Oh, and somebody was MURDERED in the neighborhood. I found out the details from the news because the apartment only sent an email saying there was an “incident.” Maybe it wouldn’t have happened if the front gate to our “gated community” wasn’t always broken. The gate doesn’t even cover the full entrance, so anyone can just walk in whenever they feel like it.

I’ll make it my mission to save ppl from going thru what I did in this place. Nothing but crookedness going on in this place apply at your own risk. I’ll be back annually to remind ppl not to come here.

Been a week since moving in and overall move in experience has been fantastic and I am so grateful to Ashley Brown for assisting me step by step in the process and being so quick to answer all my questions during the application process. She is extremely professional, patient and helpful

So far the amenities are fantastic and there seems to be ample parking spots in the community. The fact that there is gates at the entrance really amazing for security and makes me feel safe.

Maintenance is very responsive and respects your schedule. They will call you before coming in.
