I have recently moved.out of this complex. I had no problems till I tried to get another apartment... Dunhill claims I owe them 1100 but when I called and email them to explain to me how I owe. They refuse to answer all communication...no one...not james, not Stephanie...no one.... this is very unprofessional and ridiculous because I don't owe them a damn thing... I have my receipts and paperwork to prove I don't owe them.... so I take its okay to rent them but when u move out...they make sure you can't get any where else... cause what

The new maintenance technician Stephen is doing a great job. I placed a maintenance request online regarding my refrigerator needing to be serviced and the request was completed within a matter of hours. His service was professional, proficient and quick!

My review is regarding James, the
maintenance person here at Dunhill for the last 4 years or so. He's very polite, respectful, considerate and shows up to do his job. He greets me with a friendly "how are you" whenever I see him. He takes care of the maintenance issue in a timely manner, and answers my questions when I ask why he's fixing something a certain way and makes me feel comfortable. On occasion he even offered to take the trash out when he's leaving. He is an amazing young man. Thank you.

Dunhill South is a great property to live at. James (maintenance guy) makes it feel like a home. I just welcomed my first child and he congratulated my fiancé and I immediately once he noticed we finally had her. He’s always friendly, works efficiently, and when you see him he’s always on the go but never too busy to offer a hello and a smile. He keeps this place running smoothly and he does it with ease it seems like. To my knowledge he’s a one man job but does the work of a team of 10. He’s the best 100%.

As a resident of Dunhill South Apartments previously Dunhill Village Apartments, I've always been pleased with the maintenance service that I've been provided, especially of those services provided to me from James Thomas. When I say exceptional, I mean it with everything in me. Mr. Thomas has been kind, courteous and punctual in ensuring all my needs have been & are met. I'm always and have been met with a smile on his face when providing his services to me in addition to him going over & beyond. He is definitely a breath of fresh air being part of maintenance at Dunhill South and is respected, loved and commended by the residents of this property. There needs to be more people like him who care for their residents, in addition to their safety and go over and beyond the call of duty. As long as I'm here at Dunhill South, I hope James remains for the long haul ❤️🙂.

I’m very thank for all the staff from the property manager to the custodian for their professionalism. I would like to recognized James in the maintenance department. He is very knowledgeable in his craft, resolves issues, always pleasant leaves your residence in a neat manner once work is completed.

This is a clean, peaceful community. I've been here for nine years and haven't experienced any major problems. I expressly appreciate James, our maintenance person. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable of the property. As a senior, I am grateful that he is helpful when I have a need . He deserves much credit for being a service-oriented employee.

The maintenance man James is heaven Sent I don't know what I would do without him. He is very respectful and hard working. Everytime i see him he working hard. If I need anything I ask James one time and he make sure I get it. Even if it's the weekend and the rental office is closed I called emergency maintenance number and James come through. If it wasn't for him I probably would have moved by now. Thank you so much James I really appreciate your hard work.
