Hi everyone am Douglas and I have been a resident of this apartment for about 5years.My continual stay in this DHA is due to the nature of their good staffs especially the property manager Ms Gina,she is terrific, always in her office ready to attend to residence and future residence. She is also polite in communication. I ones had issue with my apartment account i went to the office this happened to be my first contact with her, honestly the way she attended to me and to the people before i made me beat my chest and say Ms Gina is awesome.

As a first time renter, Ms. Dina was very supportive, understanding, and very kind towards me. She has a very charismatic and sweet personality, and walked me through the entire process when it came to understanding how to sign a lease. I felt comfortable speaking with her and asking her questions, to which she had no problem answering quickly and effectively.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Kyir yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and patience. I must say that Ms Dina the property manager has a heart for the people. I showed interest in Dunhill in early November 2023 and wasn’t able to see the apartment for weeks later. due to my being out of town. Ms. Dina stayed in contact with me and followed up with me until I was able to come in and see the apartment which was in December of 2023 and I was able to sign my lease. I am happy with the choice I made to lease here. The staff at Dunhill are very personable and polite. Although Mr. B is retired I believe his spirit is still there with other maintenance staff. Anytime I have had an issue which is very few they are attentive and get a resolution almost immediately. The property itself is clean and well maintained and is safe so far as my time here.

I appreciate Dunhill Village North for the pleasant and positive residential experience I am currently feeling. The view from apartment window and patio is exhilarating and my walks through the community with so much green grass, beautiful trees, squirrels and birds, are comfortable and safe. Speaking of safe the front door that requires a key fob to enter makes me feel safer and my packages have all delivered and remained safe, even after being at my front for hours. When I arrive home my packages have been safe. The maintenance staff have been visible, respectful and helpful, as well as the office staff. I hope to reside here for years to come.

I love the Apts and the Property Manager Deena who is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She is very accommodating and friendly. Will go above and beyond to make sure tenant is happy. Take any issues seriously and necessary actions to get resolved. When I need maintenance I don't have to keep calling for status update. I love my neighbors. Very nice community to live in and staff is very friendly.

Ms. Dina is a great help. She is so nice and makes you feel so welcome. The apartments are so clean as well. I would definitely recommend Dunhill apartment.
