So far my experience has been nothing but positive. When I reached out to them the first person I spoke to was Ms. Wilson and it was a pleasure talking with her, she was very kind and polite, she gave me a general idea of the services that they provide and told me someone would call me with more information. The next person I had contact with was Ms. Rice, she made what could have been a difficult situation a lot less stressful, her patience was beyond amazing. What I really like about this center is that they walked me through each step of the process and did everything that they said they would, such as call at a certain time and send documents via email. I feel like the employees are there to help people and strengthen the community. It is located in the Penn-North neighborhood, which do have a multitude of problems, however this place is working with residents to help alleviate some of the negativity.

This company offers a great home buying class that I attended with my boyfriend in December. I believe their home buying class is offered once a month and its free of charge! They taught essential finanical skills and reviewed the importance of a credit score, every step of the home buying process, things to prepare for while buying a home and much more!
