Dream Maker Realty & Log Homes made our dreams of owning a mountain getaway a reality. My wife and I were referred to them when we requested a tour of a Cabin. From that point forward we were in communication with Haley Rollins. We worked with her and viewed multiple properties and found the cabin that was perfect for us. Haley did a great job of helping us with inspections, coordination with the sellers, and general information about utilities that serviced our area. When we closed and walked in to our new home, we were greeted with a very thoughtful "Welcome Home" sign and some gifts/necessities to help us get started. I called Zillow to request a same day viewing on a property we were interested in. I was connected to Michelle Roland Noble, who was immediately off-hand and said she was busy at the time we had requested and she would have to do some work contacting the owners anyway. The moment she found out we had another realtor who was selling our current property, she hung up! Completely rude and arrogant. I will never consult with this organization again and will be providing Zillow with the appropriate feedback also.

Best. Agent. Ever.
Chris worked tirelessly to ensure I was able to put in my offers promptly and competitively. Property after property, Chris maintained his enthusiasm and eagerness to communicate every aspect of the homebuying process. Did he cancel all his plans one day and drive 9 hours so I could make it to my inspection? Yes. Yes he did. He was prompt with paperwork and communicated with my loan and title companies, saving me a lot of headache. I wish I could afford to buy another house right now just so I can work with Chris again. A+

Chris was excellent through the whole process from start to finish. Chris even guided us through the process of getting out pre approval letter. He was extremely knowledgeable on the market and the listings in our desired area and maintained excellent communication with us. He sent us homes that fit our criteria as soon as they came up. He was very flexible with our rigorous work schedule to make sure we were always able to look at houses we may be interested in, if a house came up at 11pm he'd have us an appointment for 9am the next day! We couldn't have done the process without Chris and we are very thankful to have found such an outstanding realtor. I highly recommend Chris and will use him again in the future. Thank you for helping us find the perfect home and making the process so easy!
