Maria & co. are more than a dream and made buying my first home easier than easy! I absolutely could not recommend them more.

On 1/16 I spoke to Maria for the first time, telling her my wants for a home and sent several listings in which I saw potential. Maria then weeded through all the listings and told me why she didn’t think they were ideal for me (extremely high HOA, too much to repair, bad location ect.). On 1/20 we visited 4 homes she found that were beautiful, placed an offer 1/21, and I was officially a home owner 2/12!

Not only did Maria find me the perfect home, but she made sure I wouldn’t get myself in over my head which is something I was extremely worried about being a first time buyer. She held my hand throughout EVERYTHING. She drove to my apartment, went through every line on my escrow documents with me, and even drove the documents an hour away to make sure we closed on time. In addition to that, she found me a mortgage lender, insurance plan, inspection team, repairmen, and painter who were all exceptional as well. She would even met with these people/ corresponded with them when I was at work to ensure everything went accordingly. She went way above what any realtor I could dream of would do for me. I met Maria a few years ago and was impressed by her. My condominium fell outside of several parameters that Banks require for mortgages. Most agents aren't familiar with the loans required on these types of properties and Maria wasn't either. Maria saw this as a challenge.
She met with several different lenders and educated herself on the types of loan required. I asked her several times to discount the property to make it easier to sell. She didn't feel it was necessary. She wanted to get me a better price even though it was more difficult. I bought the property after it sat for a year, was listed cash only, and was drastically discounted. Maria sold the property for market value in a short time.
