After meeting several architects, engineers and construction company owners, I can honestly say Al and his team (Molly ) are a God send. We just completed our consultation and my mom ( who has been so mistreated and dismissed previously) couldn't contain her excitement about this wonderful team. They treated her with such positivity, care, kindness, professionalism. They explained everything they were doing without ever talking down to her, they worked clean, and efficiently ( thanks to their top of the line tech) and made sure to be respectful of our home as if it was their own. They made her feel comfortable and showed so much empathy for our very critical and difficult situation. I will update my review as the project continues but I just had to write a review ASAP because this team deserves so much praise!!

I have used Mr Dram in another project which he exceeded my expectations in many ways. He is friendly, honorable, persistent ( with bldg. permits ) and does excellent work. I recently had to call him again for another project, and he responded quickly and efficiently, as this project has a time frame and I am in HOT WATER. He had someone out the next day for measurements and plans, and more than willing to speak with the building inspector over my project and needs TODAY. What a guy!!!! He even went out of his way to help me contact the right contractors for my job of gutting and rebuilding a space.

I have to admit, I was lucky to find this company. Their work was excellent. Al was great. He explained all the steps and provide me with the drawing. His plan approved by city of Oakland in 3 days. My contractor was impressed and asked me for his number. I highly recommend them. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Al and his team did a great job with the drawings for our basement remodel. We are turning our basement into two bedrooms and a bathroom, and it also involved a kitchen remodel.

Al came up with comprehensive blueprints for the whole project, and also developed some really great 3D renderings of the new kitchen for us. He also shepherded the process of getting permits from San Francisco.
