We are Paradise residents and enlisted Doug to find a new-build home for us as we are getting older and didn't want the burden of maintaining an older home and a lot of property. He pulled through and found us a perfect place that was under construction, but not on the market yet. Everything went very smoothly and Doug was great to work with as a liaison between us and the builder.
When it came time to sell our old home, Doug was there and did an amazing job with the marketing, staging, and selling. Even in a slump market he managed to find us a buyer.

The top name was Doug Speicher and his real estate team. Doug made the process so easy. He walked the entire property and made suggestions on how to improve the appearance of the lot. He had photographer come out and take multiple pictures of the property. He even took a drone shot of the lot. These were all used in the listing. His presentation of the listing was excellent.
