He went above and beyond my expectations when it came to the service I was expecting. You normally get the installation guy that arrives and just does what he’s paid to do then leaves. Doorbell Ninja took a vested interest to ensure I was happy with all aspects of my 6 camera instal. He made sure I was happy with the angles, walked me through each camera setup, promised customer follow up to ensure my satisfaction and was just an overall pleasure to work with. Jason was great! 5 Stars. We used him to restart all our cameras at our Condo Association pool which had been down. Our Internet had been down and we got a new router. It through everything off. I did not think he was going to be able to do it, because it was all set up through the management company, a lot of hoops to jump through. Jason did it and added a camera for us! He was great!!!

Jason was incredibly helpful in installing a number of "smart" devices, including a Ring alarm system.  I was very happy with his work and I brought him back later and had him install a number of smart wall switches, which work great.  I won't hesitate to use him on other projects that I am thinking of.
