I was so lucky to have found Don when I decided to sell a piece of land near Yosemite. I was not sure if it was worth Don's time when I first approached Don, because the land was not big and probably won't sell for much, if it would sell at all. We were looking for a home in these mountains and Don took us to many places but they just wouldn’t do. He never complained nor was pushy. He just kept trying. One day we got a phone call that he found our house. After looking so much he knew that this would be the one- and it was. He negotiated the best deal for us and advised us regarding local lenders.
Even once he was done he continued advising us on all the local stores, places to see, etc. it’s been two years now and I still call him about one thing or another. He is always willing to help even after all this time.
Don has been a realtor a long time and it shows in the depth of his knowledge in this field. He’s also very knowledgeable about gardening, cars, and construction. He knows the good builders and other workers in the area, like mechanics. Knowing we were new to the area all this information was very useful.
