I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with DM Hultenius Corporation. After receiving a bid for my project, I accepted it right away. Then, I was told I needed to pay $1,500 so they can draw up plans. I paid the money, expecting the project to move forward, but instead, I was met with months of delays and ghosting.

The contractor would only respond once every 2 to 4 weeks, usually with long-winded emails apologizing for their unprofessionalism. Each time, I reaffirmed that I still wanted to move forward, yet I would get ignored again. This dragged on for four months until I finally asked for my $1,500 back, at which point they responded just to say they couldn’t refund the money—and then completely stopped replying to me. What a huge waste of money and time! If you’re considering working with them, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
