DLF Staff were very polite and respectful but they we're crooks they told all lies that the power line is under ground but now they are laying electric rope ways around the project.
I bought it for my daughter.nevery expected these are unhonest people

I recently visited the site to see my plot, and the outcome was promising, and the current market rate was appreciated. What else is needed? We expect more appreciation in the future because of neighbourhood development. Good location for family living.

After seeing all the comments, I am not sleeping, I am worrying about my plot purchase in DLF. My plot should have same structure (plot level from road) as shown in model plots, otherwise I will reduce the amount needed for levelling my plot. They didn't mention about over the top EB lines for 20/30 feet roads. The EB post will disturb our plots and EB lines will be nearby our roof top. I will not pay the final payment unless I am fully satisfied. We (buyers) will create a WhatsApp group and post the concerns. We should not allow DLF to loot our hard earned money.

DLF getting payment as per schedule but progress is not as per schedule.As per schedule DEC 2023 the plot should be registered but still only 50 percent work done.

Lost the trust in brand name.

Buyers should not give further amount if there is any pending payment.

People should be careful next time before buying properties from DLF.

I have refrained from writing any negative review till date even though I had genuine concerns, because I thought I should not pressurise DLF until the time committed for plot handover, so that I believed they will deliver good value. Now the hope has faded, the below are my concerns.
1. During purchase it was committed that plot will be handed over by the end of 18 th month of purchase, I purchased the plot on May 2022. Till date DLF has collected 90% of the payment, but as per their RERA declaration they have completed approximately 58% of work by February 2024.
2. The compound wall for the community is an concern, they have built only 4 feet wall, that too it is not clear whether 4 feet height is from the roads they developed or from the plot height.
3. DLF has started digging soil from the plots to an height of 600 to 800mm which is approximately 3 feet height, due to which the purchaser of plot would loose nearly 1.5 lakh value, to refill this dug out soil one has to shell out around 2 lakh rupees.
4. During the launch of the plot DLF has shown few model plots and a model park, the model park had regular brick and mortar compound wall. Now the other parks what they develop, has iron and steel mesh as compounding.
5. They had sent notice for delayed payment of our installments and they invoiced fine for those delayed payments made by us. Now I question DLF what will be the fine you will pay the customers for the delayed delivery of the project than what is committed during the purchase.
6. It is going to be nearly 24 months after we have purchased the plots, till date the entitled customer are not allowed to see our plots. From February 2024 they are not allowing the customers to the site office as well, we are stopped at the entrance gate of the community. We understand the work is in progress beyond the site office, not till the site office.
Is this the way DLF treat their investors?
I hope DLF would correct all these mistakes on seeing this kind of grievances in the public forum.
Note: I am writing this review after sending multiple emails to DLF CRM and multiple calls to CRM

DLF as a brand once again failed to meet the promise to Chennai customers, as per commitment they suppose to handover by December 2023 along with amenities and infrastructure. As of now only 50% of work got over, doubt it will provide good quality delivery and committed facility mentioned during booking.

Crushing the customer with their legal wing by putting lots of conditions which is against consumer act. In the flat sale normally the builders will not provide the committed amenities hence smart flat buyers purchase ready to handover plots. Similar way land buyers buy the not developed plot don’t trust the Brand they are best cheaters.

DLF once again cheated Chennai customers shattered the dream to build an independent villa in a good community.

Don’t try to book now. We have to spend one day to get manual token. Only after that they will allow us to see the plot layout. We have to pay 1 lakh to stand on this crowd .
