The insurance contractor came to do the floor in our marina house.
He did an excellent job installing the vinyl flooring super clean, no gaps.
He even went out of his way to purchase and install ceiling lights in a few of the other rooms.
He stayed later then we expected and finished everything to perfection. Even touching up the base boards.

Eric and his team were amazing! They showed up on time, explained everything they were doing in detail so I was aware. They were detailed in their preparation, demo and cleanup! Answered any questions I had and were very professional. Cody the project manager and Francisco were amazing, they ensured the drywall, painters and roofing teams were on time and expedited the process! Overall great work and seamless coordination! I would highly recommend DKI for water/disaster clean up hands down! Again, amazing experience from the initial phone call and during the process!

Came home from vacation to a flooded house. Rodney was there the morning we contacted our insurance company and did a thorough inspection. Went to bat for us with our insurance company to get emergency packers so that everything could be expedited.

Workers Mike, Chuy, Rafael, Cosmetic and Gustavo is hard workers and was professionals at all times. They were all about getting the job done correctly and asked for my opinion often. I asked them alot if they ever took break because I only saw them take a 45 min lunch then back at it. They worked well together and solved many problems with this kitchen remodel.

I have another job planned on one of my rental properties and will love to work with this crew again. Richard and Richard A was good leaders on this site and always made sure they were on time and had all the right equipment to do the job correctly. Richard A always checked there work on a regular basis.

While everyone was working in our home they made my family feel safe to where we trusted them to come and go when we where not home. Outstanding men and a outstanding crew. Thanks from my family.

Some rodents had a wild party in our attic, they invited their friends over and used the insulation as confetti. They left a big mess. Thankfully, I found these Disaster-Masters! From initial inspection with Mike, coordinating logistics with Karen, scheduling the job with Eric, to the onsite work (Kurt) - This crew did an amazing job. Professional, experienced, thorough. Extra big thanks to Kurt who battled 2 days onsight in the war zone.
