Great company to work with. Every individual is professional and friendly. Highly recommend Yanio as your installer, ask for him. Very experienced, exceptional clean installation. Goes well above expectations and constantly checking in and giving updates to ensure the installation is to your expectations. Will on sales side is also great to work with and getting things coordinated. I highly recommend these guys.

AC company sent two guys in and it was nice that they didn’t feel like they were trying to get the job done as fast as possible, but yet trying to make sure that it was in properly Installed and that I was satisfied. They explained everything in detail and left Everything cleaned up nice and neat.

A/C Techs Alexis &Helper arrived early and completed the compressor replacement and surge protection device within a few hours as promised. They stayed until assured that all was working satisfactorily. They carried away the old compressor and trash. Very pleasant and competent installers. Well done!

We’ve been customers of Direct Air for many years and expect better. It was recommended by the maintenance tech that we have our a/c coil cleaned, so we agreed to have it done. But they sent another technician to do it and we could hear him complaining on his phone how this job was too much for one person, as he had to go up and down stairs and the coil was heavy. He made a minor attempt to dry the leakage that occurred as he moved the coil, but in the end there was quite a mess left behind. Pictures attached. Not to mention that this costed about a thousand dollars! For that much we feel like they should’ve sent two people to do a better job. Disappointed.

The experience from start to finish was amazing! The appointment was easy and quick to book with a technician coming out the same day. Once the technician was coming I received a text message with a photo of the technician which I found to be extremely professional. This was followed by a call with an accurate eta. The Technician Ivan came in and was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes and got the a/c unit up and running. I’m beyond satisfied with Direct Air. I will 100% recommend to family and friends!
