I would give a negative if possible. I contracted them to survey and stake out my whole yard. They did not complete their job and left the right side of my yard unmarked. I was charged the top amount of 500.00. when a question of property lines came amount the next year, I had to ask them to come and mark the fence line that they had neglected to do the first time and had already paid for doing. The 2 stakes they had previously put there were still there and yet I was charged 347.00 and charged for 2 hours. I have tried to reach out to them and ask for a reduction since they didn't complete the job the first time but he's ignored me and the BBB. Unless you want to be over charged for not completing their job, I would suggest not hiring them. I certainly would never hire their people again. Look for an honest business instead.

OMG. I am novice. They made sure I signed I would pay. I pulled in one day to see stakes. I paid. Great. Then I learned there is easement so the fence I want meant I need information. Many calls, At one point I was toldby Andy they did what I asked but as novice who doesn't know terminology or there is an easement, I asked for specific information. Two of my calls Andy told me he would check and call back. I am stilll waiting My fence is still waiting. My adoption of a dog is pending. The cost is now too high since their services cannot be explained by Andy either in timely manner or with accurate and helpful specifics.

I was just woken up by two goons who work for this company, they were in front of my door saying the neighbor owns my property. They were far off of the marks that the courthouse has on file. They didn't even map out the lines and marker from the main road before they somehow guessed the line property ridiculously ended at my front door! Do some research before you wake someone up claiming their land! What a joke.

Beware!!! Get in writing what is being proposed. I called and asked DiMagno to verify a survey was still accurate that they did in 2006. I was in a time crunch and needed it quickly. After repeated calls and no guarantee on time I had to go other routes. At that time when I asked about price I was told to "not worry about it." Regardless I moved on and had to find other options to get done what I needed. Weeks after I had moved on I get a call that it is done then weeks after that I get a bill in the mail for over $1500. I called them and they said well you wanted it done and I said yes but I needed it done in a certain amount of time that you did not do and I never even got a estimate or anything and I certainly never agreed to anything as I had to go another route. The response was do what you need to do and I'll just send it to Magistrate court for collection....... I will be going to court to see what I can do about this as I never was given a proposal or agreed to anything. But for others if you don't have to use them I would not use them. Very shady business especially after reading others reviews who have had the same issues in one way or another.

Terrible service. It has taken over 2 years to NOT finish the job. His guys were out, staked everything, we saw a draft plat, but then they never finished the final plat. After attempting to contact him for 6 months and sending a registered letter, he never got back to us. Had to find someone else and start all over again. Do not use them!

I’m just stating the facts. Prior to the survey I spoke to the boss Andy that I have used a metal detector, and I couldn’t find the 4 corners of my property. Few days later 2 guys showed up with a metal detector for 55 minutes but no stakes were found. They had to pause work because they were unsure on how to proceed or their communication skills were not in sync with the customer. I was then on the phone with Andy, and I had the impression that it can cost over $2,000 or more just to mark a rectangle property under an acre. For what is worth at $170 per hour; the guys can spend days in the subdivision and still be unfruitful. I decided to call off the work and cut my losses. Soon I got a bill for $687.50 because it was explained that they had to get a copy of the deed from the county as well. I’ve gained no knowledge about my property after wasted all of this money and time. Next time better give this to a charity around the holidays! If this was my business I would a least set a cap on how much it would cost to mark a simple property: never overcharge the customer!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Just like the other reviews say. They do no work and still bill you an outrageous amount. We told them before anyone came out to survey our small .20 acre lot that there were no stakes , and no pins in the ground . The crew came out and spent more time talking to my husband than working. Then told us they couldn’t do much because there was nothing in the ground . We thanked them for their time and they left. Month later we get an almost 700$ bill in the mail. 700$ for what exactly?! We were quoted on the phone 300-400. Dishonest people and are just money hungry .

I don't recommend using this firm. They came out for 90 minutes, half of which they spent reading the plat upside down and then they took 3 measurements and put in 3 stakes. The guys who showed up specifically told us not to use them for this work moving forward. I then received a bill for over $1200 which was nearly triple the hours spent on the job per the contract. I've contacted the owner twice asking for a corrected invoice and received nothing. Beware of this firm- they are not ethical or professional.
