You need to do better business practices, 4xs now you have said you would reserve a piece of equipment and then rent it to someone else, I'd give zero stars if it was allowed. DO BETTER, let me clarify, it wouldn't be under my name or number, we run a business and that's the name and number it would be under.

Renting equipment from Diamond Rock has been a great experience. Tyler and all the guys there did an excellent job of taking care of my equipment needs in all areas of communication, service, and machinery. I had a minor problem after business hours and they were quick to have one of their guys here to assess it first thing the following morning. They switched out the machine and were very generous giving me extra time to make up the lost time from the previous evening. I hope to do more business with Diamond Rock!

I Had a portable boom lift reserved for sat morning, and had guys coming to help take down a tree leaning over my house. Went to pick it up sat morning. THEY RENTED IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Then the guy at counter told me he would call me back and make it right. It's bean a week, and nothing. So I would not ever go there again.Talk about a ruined weekend

Needed a mini excavator to dig trenches for drainage on our property. Rates here are reasonable. The little machine did the job easily even though the property is rock heavy, and we couldn't be more pleased. Our new go-to rental.
