Leesa and Kerri Ann were the absolute BEST at making our home addition become a reality. Adding on to an older home was difficult, but both Leesa and Kerri Ann were attentive and receptive to our feedback, and were phenomenal at communication throughout the process. I worked with Leesa on two projects. One was to triple the size of our home and adding a space for my aged parents to move into. Sadly we needed to move before we could renovate our home.

The other was a complete renovation of my son's home. We feel she listened to our requirements and professionally approached the redesign based on his needs and what would blend with the location of the home and it's age.

She is professional and creative in meeting the needs of her clients. She balanced the needs of her clients and the desires of the tenant (my son)beautifully and we were both pleased with the outcome.

Leesa worked with us beginning immediately prior to the pandemic and kept with us through the many ups and downs as we had to scale the project for changing costs, desires, and needs. She was always patient, funny, and responsive to our (copious) questions. From the very beginning, we asked her to help us assess how we could better use our space (an old home downtown with a quirky layout), and Leesa provided a space audit and options for renovation from the minor to the more drastic, and gave us the pros, cons, and considerations for each.
