The crew completed a ton of work in my house over the course of two days, and took care of my home as if it was their own. If you're looking for home comfort work, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Johnathan and his crew did an excellent (huge) 2 day job in my attic and basement as well a other weatherization improvements in my drafty home. They arrived on time each day ready to work. They were very polite and hard working. Johnathan notified me of an issue and with his expert advice let me decide which option to go with. I am amazed at the beautifully sized storage space they built in my attic! Johnathan kept me up to date on their progress and showed me several photos to better explain an issue as well as before and after photos. I highly recommend DeVere!

The team from Devere did an excellent job air sealing my attic, adding insulation to attic, encapsulating my crawlspace and using spray foam to seal cantilevers and crawlspace walls. Everyone was courteous, professional and did a really good job with a great attention to detail. My house is now much more comfortable and less drafty. Rigoberto is a real pro on the spray gun and Oscar did a great job cleaning up. They just finished up my skoolie which seemed to be a technically difficult job but it looks amazing! They were both very professional and even showed me how the spray gun works and let me record them. DeVere also charged what I thought was a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend them for spray foam insulation!

Jose and his crew were great. They encapsulated my crawl space, routed new bathroom fan ducts, insulated attic, and spray foam insulated rim joists. Our house is 37% more air tight. Their crew was clean and respectful of the home during their work, attentive to detail, and thorough in completing the scope of work. They finished in one day. Would recommend!

I chose DeVere to perform the recommended improvements based on the Home Energy audit that I received through BG&E and GreenWorks Solutions. For the most part, I was happy with the outcome. But, I was extremely dissatisfied with the rim joist foam application in my basement. It was sloppy to say the least. Foam was blown anywhere and everywhere yet several areas were neglected and my home’s electrical wires were completely encased (see photos). I was told that closed foam covering electrical wires in the manner they were covered could pose a fire hazard. Not to mention, I have plans on upgrading the electrical panel which will now require extra time and money to have the mess cleaned up.

I was also concerned about the amount of foam that was used. It did not appear the applicator showed any restraint. I addressed these concerns with the estimator who gave me an explanation that turned out to be wrong as the supervisor who came out to inspect the foam application contradicted the type of foam and thickness required to meet the R-21 specification information that the estimator had given me. In the end, I was told by the supervisor that a service ticket would be submitted to address the missed areas around the joists and remove the foam from my electrical wires. It's been a few months and I haven't heard a peep.

Aside from the fiasco in the basement, the crew that performed the work were very friendly and professional and the insulation work that was done throughout the rest of my home was done well and has made a huge difference. The crew lead, Santiago did an exceptional job of explaining everything and sharing before and after pictures. Also, the team that came out to review the aftermath did a great job of listening and responding to my concerns, but as I noted, I haven't been contacted since to address these issues. Finally, the scheduler was very friendly and thorough, explaining the scheduling process and having all the dates confirmed from installation to the post-audit by GreenWorks Solutions.
