More than a year after my kitchen renovation was completed, I still had major issues w air circulation and soft spots on/under the floor.
After meeting TJ and understanding his approach, he made a house call. He took a quick look at the kitchen, looked into the crawl space below the kitchen, then reviewed videos I had taken during the renovation to see about the air flow.
Prior to his visit, 3 different vendors gave me 5 different solutions that all started with "I think if you..."
TJ was on point. He not only gave me the solutions to both problems, but explained them in a way that made complete sense, and explained why the costs weren't going to be nearly as expensive as I expected.
Trust this guy, he know what he's doing. Experience Matters.
