We are so grateful we found the professionals at Design Studio VOID! They were the fifth firm we interviewed to help us design an addition and re-do our floor plan. We wanted someone who would be creative about how to maximize our living space and give our traditional English Tudor home a more updated feel. But we were worried about whether this could be done while respecting the style, and keeping the budget within reach. Design Studio VOID did all of this, and at the end, we couldn't have asked for a better result. On top of it all, they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and were super-responsive any time we had follow-up questions or concerns, even when the job was done! We've since used them for another commercial project and they were fantastic on that as well!

Creative, knowledgeable, patient, timely and responsive are all qualities I look for in an architecture team and Design Studio VOID has them all. They were able to investigate and overcome many issues that came about due to new Los Angeles City Planning and zoning regulations that greatly affected my residential multiple units project. Their quick response time and problem-solving abilities made the issues of dealing with the City much less painful. Additionally, I found their outside-the-box thinking and design approach elevated this potentially basic multi-family project, making it more desirable, sustainable, and unique. We regularly had people pass by the project and ask when it would be available for rent and complement the building’s design and style.

I cannot recommend Studio VOID enough! We’ve been searching for a company that will work on our ADU project but some other companies were either extremely expensive or they simply did not understand what kind of ADU we wanted to built. Once we found this extremely reliable, experienced, speedy and talented team we could not be happier. We chose them through a friend of our family that recommended them. Design Studio VOID is an amazing team! Luiza and Vasily helped me sort out a bunch of issues with the City of Los Angeles for my SB9 project. When ZIMAS showed this strange "building line" (essentially being a more restrictive setback) on my property, I thought I was out of luck for building anything there. It made a third of my property basically unbuildable. But these guys fought tooth and nail with the city, and guess what? Turns out, with an SB9 project, I can actually legally build there! Even though the plan checker said it wasn’t possible! They really helped me make the most of my property and maximize my ROI. And let me tell you, their architectural work is stellar—modern and classy while still being wallet-friendly. I couldn't be happier with this team! They've done a fantastic job!
