I regret choosing this company for my kitchen rebuild after a flood. Despite their polite and seemingly detail-oriented approach at first, their work did not meet the standards expected for a high-quality kitchen project. When mistakes were made, they were not acknowledged or corrected but instead covered up, and their response quickly turned unprofessional. Some of the major issues included: Design flaws that resulted in unworkable solutions, which Onur refused to rectify. Poor attention to detail in measuring, planning, and managing the project, turning what should have been a 4-5 day job into a frustrating two-month ordeal. Installation problems that remain unresolved because Onur refuses to take responsibility. Two costly issues still unresolved: A custom-built laundry room that wasn't designed to be large enough to properly cover the existing washer and dryer and a floor-to-ceiling swing-out pantry cabinet that, despite being shown with back shelves in the original design, was delivered without them--something Onur insists is "normal," even though my previous pantry of the same style included shelves. So its "normal" for the shelves to swing out and provide access to no shelves and more storage?!?!? I have included pic of these two example but have many more of other details that just don't look good up close. Unfortunately, I've been left with no choice but to hire another company to fix their mistakes. I would strongly caution others to think twice before working with this company. It was a very negative and frustrating experience.

Highly recommend! Excellent company to work with, they did a beautiful job with 2 custom vanities and a custom walnut bar and inset wall cabinet. They even redid one side of the bar when I didn't like the wood grain on the end. They also were amazing with our counters and slab backsplash and porcelain slab bathroom walls.

Design & Build installed cabinets, a counter top, and a wash sink in our laundry room. We are very pleased with the job these guys did. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to create a design we liked. They were very attentive to neatness and cabinet details during the installation. They worked hard to make everything look right. We picked a mid-grade cabinet, and feel that the overall price and quality were very reasonable. Not only did they work hard but they were very nice people to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Onur and his work! He helped me to design an island that worked perfect for our space and designed a cabinet space to include a wine rack and shelf for a microwave to give me more countertop space. He also provided beautiful trim to fill the space above our cabinets. In addition the quartz we picked out for our countertops and around our mantle was beautiful. We needed a double oven lowered about six inches for safety reasons. The design and build shop provided an estimate and finished the job in a few hours. The work quality was excellent and the finished product was exactly what we expected. The cost of the project was less that expected and we negotiated a very fair price reduction for the project. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to work with them again and an highly recommend the company.

Recently, Design and Build Shop refurbished our kitchen. We found the workmanship, adherence to detail, quality of product and professionalism to be of the highest caliber. From the time of our in-house estimate, we had complete confidence. In completion, the finished project far exceeded our high expectations.
Because our estimator also was on hand and participated in the installation; he was knowledgeable in guiding us through the process from the initial measurement to the final tile placement.
The prices were reasonable for the quality of product and the skilled workmanship. Attention to detail order and cleanliness were the order of business from beginning to end.
Because they work with a myriad of manufacturers; we were able to and select the most suitable products.
When the job was completed, we were left with handsome cabinets, an expertly lain stone counter top and a tile back-splash, which gives our kitchen a classic look.
We highly recommend Design and Build Shop to anyone who wants to improve to look feel, efficacy of their kitchen.
