Companies like this collect application fees and neglect to mention they only accept "A" paper or perfect credit.
Must qualify to BUY a home in order to rent a closet from their ilk.
Ladies here think they're on Rodeo Dr in 90210 instead of DHS. Avoid patronizing so as to curb their prejudice.
I'll wait for their snide, condescending reply...

Do NOT let these folks manage your rental property. I am a customer who just terminated services. They didn't charge my tenants expenses and instead deducted them from the owner payments. Shame on me for not noticing sooner, but when I closed my account they took absolutely no responsibility for a $1,000 error. Money mismanagement and terrible, terrible service.
