An amazing team. I have been using Denn since 1991 across multiple construction projects. They are the go-to firm in the South Bay and highly respected by our city Planning and Building departments. Recently they helped me out with a city request holding up my permit application. Mark and Gary responded immediately and provided the solution within hours. Both of the architects I've worked with only recommend Denn Engineering for their projects. Thank you Denn, again!

I do not normally write reviews. In this case, Denn Engineers’ superior client service deserves recognition. Mark, the representative I worked with, was outstanding. He graciously and promptly responded to my questions and provided a step-by-step detailed explanation and timeline for my project. Survey scheduling and data delivery were both completed before promised. I wish other companies would look to Denn Engineers as a model for exceptional customer service!

I have used Denn twice now, and each time was a great experience. The first was to confirm a ruling on a property before I committed to the purchase, and the second time to support a submission to the Coastal Commission. I needed a rush on the Coastal support, and Mark and his team found an opening to take care of me right away. Awesome customer service!!

The field team arrived punctually, were friendly yet focused and responsible (no open gates left behind) while at our home.
