My solar system was installed yesterday, and the crew did a fantastic job—very professional! The sales person even stopped by, which was great. Overall, it was a positive experience. Now, I’m looking forward to my system being turned on within the next two weeks as promised. Would recommend.

The solar installation crew did a great job despite a few small setbacks. Jonathan, my sales guy, was very responsive and answered all my questions. There were a couple of minor delays with parts, but the team came back quickly to fix everything. My system is finally generating full power and looks fantastic on my roof. I appreciate how they handled the issues and made sure I was satisfied in the end.

The Demand Construction team were great. They explained the program thoroughly, how it works and how it could benefit home owners to drastically reduce their electricity bill.

My only advice is a signed contact should be implemented after the assessment report is completed not before. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would recommend them. As always and with any company, do your due diligence.

From start to finish the team at Demand was professional, efficient, and skilled. There were some delays with permitting but they kept me in the loop and worked with the city to get everything figured out. Highly recommend!

I’m so mad I went with demand. The sales person was great and did all he could do. The company dropped the ball over and over again. 4 different install dates, months delays on permits, and still no solar. They either say the panels haven’t shipped or the project has not been paid for by the bank. I’ve been waiting nearly 5 months and no one will give me or the sales person answers. I’m elderly and was promised so much. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a joke! The permits for my solar were approved on May 25, 2024. The solar system was installed on June 1, 2024. The first “final inspection” took place on July 15th after I texted and called to help make it happen. Five failed “final inspections” later, countless phone calls, emails, and texts later and I still don’t have a final inspection rescheduled until November 11th, 2024. Since I know the city planner of Visalia, he told me that the Demand Construction team could schedule a new final inspection within 24 hours of having everything fixed, even if it’s requested every day of the week and it failed on five different days. At this point I don’t know when they will ever complete the project since completing a project doesn’t seem to be a priority. I would recommend against ever using their services and choosing another vendor for solar.

Very thorough salesman Shane answered my questions over several days. Demand got permits quickly and installed seamlessly. Everything went well and they continued to communicate regularly. Emily usually responded same day when answering was necessary. The system passed inspection the first time.

Absolute nightmare. Contract signed in August. It's February. We've made over $20k in deposits and they clearly have no intention of starting the work. They claim a 45-day install guarantee!
