He came out within a couple days of reaching out, gave us a couple quote depending on what we wanted and started work shortly after. The communciation and quality of work are so appreciated! I would highly recommend Deco America for all of your home improvement needs. They recently renovated our guest bathroom and did an amazing job. They also repaired our broken fence gate that no other contractor was willing to do. The owner Fuad and his crew were incredibly nice. Deco America does good work and takes care of additional details. Contracted to have multiple projects done. Work completed took over a couple months. Work went on almost daily. Only a few days no one showed up but we were notified ahead of time. Quotes for work in the medium to high range. After receiving various quotes Deco America was not the most expensive -fair for quality of workmanship. Quote information is overarching, would be great to see more detail in them. Recommend for multitude of home improvement and building needs.

We were thrilled with Fuad's workmanship and absolutely love our brand new driveway. It came out even better than we expected, they elevated our walkway so that it fits seamlessly and addressed drainage issues that had long been a problem. They took great care to address our neighbor's concerns as well since their yard abuts our driveway. We offer Deco America our highest recommendation; sincere thanks to the whole crew!

Great job on our 12x16 he shed! We hired Deco America because of their attention to detail based on a simple concrete sidewalk they built to access our pool mechanical equipment. It was tricky because of site drainage and existing underground roof drains.

The shed matches our house in terms of design, materials and quality. They were not the cheapest in terms of budget, but also not the most expensive. We were looking for quality at a fair price. Would definitely recommend them for a project.

Fuad was great to work with. Project was scheduled to last 5-6 weeks depending on weather and rock situations. Well the weather was great this winter but our rock situation was VERY challenging. We had everything from soil that was mostly rock to boulders that we still don't know the actual size of. Boulders so big that our engineer allowed us to use as part of our foundation. Of course the boulder situation made project last longer. This is important, Fuad would NOT start another project until ours was done.

When you contract with him, you'll learn his sons are part of his crew. He's raised extremely friendly, knowledgeable and interesting sons. It was actually enjoyable to interact with all of them every working day.

In addition to above, Fuad OVER engineered our project. He took one look at our terrain and decided to form a much larger footer. The foundation walls called for block. Fuad said he'd feel more comfortable if he poured our foundation walls. So he formed it up. This "beefed up" engineering was done a no extra charge! My GC AND Engineer were Very impressed with his work. I think that says a lot because I don't do this everyday but my GC and Engineer do. There was extra work I wanted done and even though we were over schedule, he fit them in (two bases for some stairs and entrance). His concrete vendors needed to be put at ease because of the challenges of just setting up. Fuad figured a safe and workable way to put them at ease.

Fuad knew from the beginning that we were working with a construction loan. Long story but at one point he had to wait over a week to get paid. Did he stop the project until my bank got their act together? NO! He kept working.

We had scheduled a concrete pour on a particular Tuesday and as that day approached we realized the weather wasn't going to cooperate. MONDAY was shaping up to be a great weather day. So Fuad worked with his crew on a SUNDAY for a Monday pour. I'm sure I'll remember other great "customer service" after I post this.

When it comes to projects like this there has to be some negative aspects to the process and I know there were. I can tell you, I cannot remember them! They were either insignificant or handled promptly after reasonable discussion. I recommended Fuad to my immediate neighbor with no hesitation. Fuad and my neighbor have signed a contract. I am looking forward to seeing Fuad and his sons again.

We initially contracted Deco America for concrete and stone services, but soon realized Fuad’s expertise extended to home construction. His work is exceptional as he is detail oriented and always on site. He doesn’t send employees out to do the job unsupervised. He and his employees were punctual, professional, and showed tremendous expertise in how the work was performed.

Fuad was easy to contact and interact with. He was always upfront about the cost and materials. He communicated everything to us from start to finish, answered all our questions regarding the work and timeframe, and he made sure that we understood how and when everything was getting done. He was patient with any questions we had and extraordinarily respectful and kind.

We truly couldn't be happier with the end product and we wholeheartedly recommend Fuad and Deco America to anyone who has a home improvement project. They are fantastic.

Not only did Mr. Fuad Kader and his crew do a beautiful job on our flagstone patio, but they were efficient, pleasant and professional from start to finish.
